Overwhelmed by clutter?

  • ArrowYou waste money replacing items you can’t find or buying duplicates because you’ve forgotten what you have.
  • ArrowYou feel low-level stress or uneasiness walking into certain rooms.
  • ArrowYou tidy constantly but your home never actually feels that way.
  • You have a hard time deciding what to keep and what to let go of.
  • You hold onto things out of guilt or fear that you’ll need them someday.
  • You’ve tried to get organized before but the clutter keeps coming back.
  • You want a simpler, calmer home—and you want it to stay that way.

Hi, I’m Elle—your personal declutter coach.

I help women simplify their homes in a way that actually works in real life—even when things feel busy, messy, or overwhelming.

I’m a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition, trained in sustainable behavior change and habit formation. Through my own simplifying journey, I realized those same skills don’t just apply to health—they’re also key to eliminating clutter and creating homes that run more smoothly.

Because clutter isn’t just about stuff.

It’s about the habits, decisions, and systems that shape how your home functions. Just like a fad diet, decluttering without the systems to maintain it may work briefly, but it rarely leads to lasting change.

That’s where I can help.

Decluttering support that saves you money—and actually sticks

Most organizing focuses on how a space looks, not how it actually functions. But this isn’t about creating a Pinterest-perfect home that falls apart a week later.

My approach combines personalized coaching, practical systems, and mindset work to not just change your space, but your habits and systems, too.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • ArrowPersonalized coaching tailored to your home and real-life routines
  • Intentional decluttering that focuses on what you actually use and need, and action plans so you always know what to do next
  • Simple, practical systems that are easy to maintain, even in busy seasons
  • Mindset coaching to reduce decision fatigue and make letting go easier
  • Habit shifts that curb clutter and impulse shopping at the source
  • Skills you’ll use again and again, long after our sessions end

Frequently Asked Questions

Most organizing services focus on done-for-you solutions that look great initially, but don’t always account for long-term upkeep or what actually works for your family. My declutter coaching goes deeper. We’ll not only streamline your space but also build systems and habits that work for you, so your home is easier to manage and keep organized long after our sessions end.

These packages are designed to fit into your life. No marathon decluttering sessions required—just small, consistent steps that add up over time.

We’ll meet for a 60-minute session each week or every other week, depending on your package and preferred pace. Between calls, you’ll get a few simple assignments to keep you moving forward—typically 15–30 minutes a day or 2–3 hours per week, depending on the space and your goals.

To reserve your spot and begin scheduling sessions, all coaching packages are paid in full at the time of booking. Additional coaching sessions are available and will be billed at the hourly package rate.

Let’s talk! Book a free 15-minute discovery call, and we’ll figure out the best fit for your home, your needs, and your goals.

Most likely, no! In fact, I encourage you to wait before buying anything new. Once we’ve decluttered, we’ll work with the bins and storage options you already have, and then figure out if you need anything extra to support the systems we create.

That’s exactly why I’m here. I’ll help you work through the mental clutter, the decision fatigue, the “what if I need it” thoughts to keep you moving forward, even when it feels hard.

You’ll also have access to me via Voxer for quick questions and support between sessions, so you’re never left to figure it out alone.

You don’t have to get everyone on board to create a home that feels lighter and easier to manage. We’ll start by focusing on your spaces and the shared areas you have a say over. Then I’ll help you navigate the tricky stuff, like family resistance, emotional attachments, and the “what if we need it” conversations.
